Information submitted to Vernekar Pilot School may be shared with affiliated or partner FAA-certificated flight training providers solely for the purpose of evaluating
training eligibility and program placement.
Vernekar Pilot School does not guarantee admission, enrollment, flight training availability, program completion, visa issuance, SEVIS approval, FAA certification, or
the issuance of any pilot license, rating, or endorsement. All immigration, visa, SEVIS, TSA, and FAA determinations are made exclusively by the appropriate U.S.
government agencies and third parties.
Vernekar Pilot School does not provide legal or immigration advice.
2. Non-Refundable Application Processing Fee Policy
Vernekar Pilot School charges a non-refundable application processing fee to cover administrative costs associated with reviewing applications, maintaining student
records, verifying eligibility, and completing onboarding procedures.
Payment of the application processing fee:
Does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, scheduling, flight training, visa issuance, SEVIS approval, FAA certification, or issuance of any license or rating
Is separate from all flight training costs, aircraft rental, instructor fees, TSA fees, FAA testing fees, examiner fees, housing costs, or third-party charges
Is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome, student withdrawal, denial, or non-participation
3. No FAA or Government Affiliation
Vernekar Pilot School is a privately operated, for-profit flight training organization. References to FAA regulations, certifications, or ratings are provided for
informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Homeland Security
(DHS), or any other government agency.

All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and documents, is the property of Vernekar Pilot School and is protected by
applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vernekar Pilot School regarding use of this website and supersede all prior or
