1. Purpose of the Application Fee
Vernekar Pilot School charges an application processing fee to cover administrative costs associated with reviewing applications, verifying information, creating
student records, and completing required onboarding and compliance procedures.
The application fee supports internal administrative operations and is not a payment for flight training or instructional services.
2. Non-Refundable Nature of the Fee
All application processing fees are non-refundable.
Once submitted, the application fee will not be refunded, regardless of:
Application outcome
Acceptance or denial
Withdrawal by the applicant
Failure to enroll
Scheduling conflicts
Visa or travel issues (for international applicants)
3. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Training
Payment of the application processing fee:
Does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, or admission
Does not guarantee availability of aircraft, instructors, or training schedules
Does not guarantee FAA certification, licensing, ratings, endorsements, or program completion
Does not guarantee visa issuance, SEVIS approval, or immigration authorization
All applications are reviewed based on eligibility criteria, availability, and regulatory requirements.
4. Separate From Training Costs
The application processing fee is separate from and in addition to all other costs, including but not limited to:
Flight training fees
Aircraft rental
Instructor fees
Simulator time
TSA, FAA, or examiner fees
Third-party costs
5. International Applicants
For international applicants:
Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa denial, SEVIS denial, travel restrictions, or inability to enter the United States.
Vernekar Pilot School does not issue visas, SEVIS approvals, or immigration decisions. All determinations are made by the appropriate U.S. government
agencies.
6. Fee Changes
Vernekar Pilot School reserves the right to change application fee amounts at any time. The fee displayed at the time of submission will apply to that application.
7. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting an application and paying the application processing fee, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Application Fee
Policy.
